Toms Is Ready After Birdie Barrage

David Toms spent the morning at Pinehurst No. 2 with a session at the range with coach Rob Akins. Peach Queen Katie Williams, David's new "biggest fan," was spotted among the celebrities at Pinehurst on Wednesday.
David also chipped and putted before leaving the facility and heading to a local club, Forest Creek.
He made seven birdies in 12 holes and quit at 7-under after 13. I would say he's ready to go for the U.S. Open.
